The Brookwood Partnership is unique in that our Operations Managers each look after a maximum of ten clients. Often called “Area Managers” by other contract caterers, we use the title “Operations Manager” as each individual is assigned to their clients according to their experience and market knowledge rather than simply by the area that they look after.

Under the direction of our Operations Director, each Operations Manager is responsible for the management of all personnel within their designated contracts. They closely monitor the business so that the financial agreements with clients are met and continually identify other business opportunities for the improvement of financial performance.

We also see ourselves not just as your school caterer but as a partner working alongside you. As well as the value that each of our Operations Managers bring to the services through their weekly visits they will also add value by carrying out a number of activities both during and outside the service times. These activities can include classroom talks, committees and assemblies, parent communications, open days and parent evenings and age appropriate etiquette training.
