Graham brings to the company his experience in high quality catering and formal food training as a top chef.

After being classically trained at Westminster College, Graham worked at the Savoy Hotel and then gained his HCIMA professional qualification for the catering industry.

Graham subsequently worked in contract catering in which he has gained a huge and diverse experience at both management and director level. Graham's experience encompasses catering for retail, education, health care and the business and industry sectors.
